On a melancholic evening under the cloudy sky

Waited for the passerby through the road i walked,

Thousand miles behind and thousands more to walk,

Do you remember telling me to have no fear

When i learned to walk on the road side by strangers,

Holding myself in the lonesome moments

I traveled all alone with this body and soul,

Loneliness surrounding me takes its toll on me

Making me helpless to scream in void,

The road seems so long alone among crowd

New faces on eyes as time passes on the path,

Collecting the little smiles around

Tried weaving the broken years of past,

Time passes as stranger comes along

Showing love and pulling us they leave

For their own path that awaits.
